It seems everyone likes to complain about email. Overflowing inbox. Too much junk. Too little time. But, email is not going to go away any time soon. We’re all going to get more, if anything, and it’s already a big part of our day. It just makes sense to put in the time and effort to set up good email processes. The payback over the long term is considerable.
