How much is the annual subscription?
The cost of an annual subscription to The Pivot is $NZ99 per annum (plus GST for New Zealand residents).

Can I get a free trial?
No. We offer a no-questions-asked 60-day money back guarantee.

Is there a guarantee?
Yes. Any time in the first 60-days just email us and we will cancel your subscription and refund your money in full – no questions asked.

When will I get my first copy of The Pivot.
The Monday following your registration. You have immediate access to all past copies of The Pivot, and our video archive, as soon as your registration is completed.

Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. You can do it yourself [video_lightbox_vimeo5 video_id=”188264625″ width=”960″ height=”720″ anchor=”(see our video)”] or just send us an email and we’ll do it for you. Unless you tell us otherwise, you will continue to have access to The Pivot, and receive our notification emails, until the end of your paid subscription period.

Can I have a refund of my unused subscription?
No. Once the 30-day money-back guarantee period has expired we do not refund unused subscriptions.

Do I get a GST receipt?
Yes. A GST receipt will be emailed to all New Zealand subscribers when your subscription starts. If you do not receive it, please let us know. Subscribers from other countries will receive a receipt without GST.

What forms of payment do you accept?
Visa and MasterCard.

Can I share my access to The Pivot
No. The Pivot is a private subscription for you only.

Do I have to remember to renew my subscription each year?
No. We will do it for you provided your credit card is still current with us. We will notify you a week before renewal so you know it’s coming – and of course you may cancel if you wish.
